Positive: Great location, lovely vibe at the holiday park, well stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Includes sporting equipment in the lodge such as tennis, badminton, table tennis racquets etc. responsive host. Everyone at the holiday park was helpful, facilities great and it’s only a 5 min walk down to Kingsdown pebble beach where there is a lovely pub.
Negative: Slightly musky smell throughout. It was hard to skirt around the double bed in the main bedroom upstairs - large double bed but hard to access as you have to avoid the sharp textured wall paper as you bend to squeeze past. Stairs quite steep so tricky for little ones or elderly but stair gates on bottom and top. Just good to know if you have any mobility issues.
Summary: Overall we would visit Kingsdown holiday park again as it’s lovely there and we found the whole holiday very relaxing.
