Stay in a 100-year-old totally remodeled and updated farmhouse in a quiet rural setting that is easily accessible from the Cumberland Parkway (Nancy exit #78). Our house has 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), a half bedroom with a daybed and sitting area located upstairs. 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 down) a modern kitchen and dining and living room which are nicely furnished. There is plenty of parking for your cars, truck and boats.
The house is 6 miles from Cumberland Point Park on Lake Cumberland. Nancy is the closest town and offers Mill Springs Pizza Express, Battlefield Coffee, a couple of dollar stores, a grocery, gas stations, Mill Springs National Cemetery, Mills Springs Battlefield Museum, and is about 6 miles from the house. Pulaski County Park has an abundance of hiking and biking trails and is located about 9 miles away. Somerset is 16 miles away. This peaceful oasis is set in a private location on a 100-acre working farm, where you can enjoy beautiful views and lots of cattle and sheep, all from the privacy of your own outdoor pavilion and porch area. Great kitchen with eat in dining room set for six and bar with two stools. Big open living room with T.V. and games for the kids. T.V.'s also located in 2 bedrooms. Nice sitting room with electric fireplace that can be used for heat or just ambiance. There are steps leading to 2 of the bedrooms and 1 of the baths.
