The space
This well loved and looked after home is located in a quite cul-de-sac in a residential area. It has 3 parking spaces at the front of the property. The back garden is mainly laid to lawn, with a large patio area and outdoor dining furniture.
Ground floor:
Access via the front door. As you enter, there is a spacious hall, stairs leading to the first floor and a practical downstairs toilet.
The separate dining room has a large extendable table for up to 8 people. This room benefits from lots of light, and make the perfect gathering space. Board games are stored in the sideboard.
The living room has French doors with access and views to the garden. It has comfortable sofas and a smart TV for you to access your favorite series and movies.
The recently renovated kitchen has all amenities to make a comfortable stay. It benefits from a large gas hob, double oven, dishwasher, kettle and microwave. In the separate utility room, washing machine and a separate dryer makes this home complete.
First floor:
The master bedroom has a king size bed, chest of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe. It also benefits from ensuite facilities.
The second and third bedroom are equally comfortable with double beds, and plenty of storage space. The forth bedroom has a single bed and benefits from built in storage.
The modern bathroom has a 3-piece suite with shower over bath.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the property during their stay. Please note that the garage is locked and not accessible.
PARKING
There are three parking spaces at the front of the property for guests' use. On-road parking nearby is available, but please be respectful of our neighbors.
Other things to note
There will be some complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey!
Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as basic toiletries (refillable where possible). Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to the cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
