Our 2nd floor apartment is on one level only, reached by a central flight of stairs from the main ground floor entrance door.
(guests with reduced mobility may wish to message first before booking).
Strictly no parties or stag / hen events. If we have notice of this, we will have to liaise with guests during their stay to reiterate house rules.
Strictly no smoking or vaping in the apartment / out of the windows or balcony please. We have smoke detectors in the apartment so it is very important to adhere to our requests. You may smoke outside the front of the main building and please do recycle your waste in the bins downstairs. Thank you.
No pets please, apologies, it would not be suitable for your pooch.
We have neighbors surrounding the apartment so please be respectful and keep the noise to a level that will not affect any residents enjoyment. Thank you

Please treat this property with respect and leave it in the condition that it is found. There will be a cleaning fine of up to £100 if additional cleaning is required and guests have not cleared rubbish or recycled waste correctly.
