The space
I am delighted to welcome guests to my well-located flat which I hope is the beginning of a pleasant stay in London. My flat sleeps up to 2. It comes with a comfortable living area with a sofa and television. The dining area is infused into the living room. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery and utensils. There is a super fast WiFi connection for your working convenience.
The bedroom comes with a double bed, pillows, duvet, and wardrobe with hangers. The bathroom has a shower, mirrored cupboards, and a wash basin.
There are so many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops just moments away.
Guest access
Full access will be available to the entire flat; living area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.
PARKING
Paid street parking, and phone number to purchase tickets are on the street parking signs.
Other things to note
I provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are supermarkets a few minutes walk away.
Additional rules
Please look after my home as if it is your own as extra care and attention have been put into designing it. Kindly handle my belongings with care such as furniture, mirrors, the TV, etc, be careful so no dents are formed. If there is anything you think is missing, do let me know and I will do my best to sort it out during your stay. Please don’t touch the walls as they will leave marks.
No wet wipes, sanitary towels,s or general waste in the water closets. Kindly use toilet paper only. No smoking and the use of e-cigarettes in interior spaces, parties, loud music, or loud noise at all times (please keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m.). No pets allowed. Kindly ensure all doors are locked and all lights turned off whenever you go out and upon check out. Kindly set heaters to the lowest degree when leaving.
Please respect and be considerate of my lovely neighbors and keep the noise down as this is a residential area. If there is any excessive noise or music at anti-social hours, I will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.

- The flat is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remotely accessed and self-checked in with the aid of a key lock box, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.
- Linen and towels are removed from the flat after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
- I also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo and soap.
- Please note that a fee of £100 will apply for lost keys, so be careful with them.
- An extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.
- Check-in time is after 3 p.m. and check-out time is before 11 a.m.
