The space
I am very excited welcome guests to my converted upstairs flat which I hope is the beginning of a memorable stay in Newcastle. My bright and clean maisonette offers a functional kitchen and living space with a generously sized master bedroom. In the converted loft there are 2 further bedrooms both offering double beds and stunning skylights. The bathroom provides both bath and shower options and continues with the bright and fresh feel of the home. The interior design of the space is simplistic with a contemporary feel which is consistent throughout making it a very welcoming place to stay.
My Property will comfortably sleep 6 guests (two double bedrooms and one king sized bedroom). It is located approximately 2.6 miles from the city centre and less that a 10 minute walk from the bustling Gosforth High street.
First Floor
Upon entering through the front door you will be greeted by a staircase leading to the upstairs property. The first floor consists of a kitchen living space and main bathroom as well as a master bedroom. All rooms are styled with the same bright modern feel.
Second floor
Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower facilities. The stunning skylights make these rooms bright and inviting for guests to stay in.
Guests will have access to the entire property making it perfect for both groups of friends and families or couples coming for a trip away together.
Complimentary toiletries will be provided upon arrival as well as other cleaning items such as kitchen roll, fairly liquid and toilet roll.
Transport and Location
For those arriving by car there is 1 parking permit provided giving access to on street parking outside of the property. South Gosforth and Ilford Road provide great metro links across the local area. Bus links are also available all walking distance to from the property.

To provide flexibility for our guests remote check in is available, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
Guest access
Front door is private and accessible from the main street. The entire property is available to be used by guests with all basic amenities provided. On street parking available using the parking permit provided. Great train and bus links are also available as well as a range of taxi options including uber.
Other things to note
- This property is not baby-friendly and does not have a travel cot or high chair.
- This property does have outdoor space, however it is not landscape and is really only suitable for dogs.
- The street parking is by permit only. I am able to provide a parking permit for one car for each night of your stay. Parking must be requested in advance of your stay (and last until 10am the following day.) St Nicholas Avenue Carpark is located 6 minute walk away from the property should you have a second car.
