Spectacular waterfront views from this three-bedroom, 2.5 bath spacious coastal-style townhome w/ everything you need for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation. In the summer, enjoy lunch on the waterfront deck watching geese swim by and cranes fly above, go crabbing from the dock, enjoy gorgeous sunrises over coffee and cocktails during moonlit nights over Little Assawoman Bay.

The master bedroom is a true retreat with amazing views, a king-size bed, Serta pillow-top mattress, and a waterfront walk-out balcony with Adirondack chairs. The second bedroom features one queen bed (new bed and mattress as of 2022), and twin bed (new 2022) and another waterfront balcony. The third bedroom is also newly decorated with a queen bed with a new mattress and a balcony. There is a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.
Walk or bike to the beach, enjoy a spa day at Zen Spas steps away or a day of golf at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course down the street. We are close to many restaurants, a water park, mini golf and so many Ocean City activities. And don’t forget tax-free shopping!
