Positive: Location was amazing! Apartment had a great feel Fans provided as well as A/C

Negative: Could have been cleaner and kitchen utensils should be updated. Chopping board was broken. A/C worked but on a hot day you needed fans. Downstairs toilet smelled like a public toilet.

Summary: Great location, very nice apartment. It needs some love in certain areas.
