This is a residential house, and our neighbors are families and friends; we want to maintain a good relationship with them after your visit. The main goal of the house is to provide guests with a pleasant space to rest, sleep, and have an enjoyable experience. Music at a reasonable level is always welcome, as is spending time with your loved ones. However, parties, loud events, exceeding the allowed number of guests, drug use, and other serious issues will lead to eviction, which is the last thing we want to do.
We only ask that you follow the basic rules; we trust you while you stay with us, so please don't let us down :)
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited; you can always smoke outside (please dispose of cigarette butts properly). If the place is found to smell of cigarettes or other substances, there will be a fine. Airbnb is taking this matter seriously as it affects incoming guests. The penalty can range from 100 to 300 USD. By booking, you agree to pay this fee.
Productions or events are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Please note that parties and attaching objects to the walls are strictly prohibited. If decorations are placed that damage surfaces, an additional charge will be applied according to the damage caused.

If you do not park in the assigned space, your car may be towed at your expense.
We are not responsible for packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy) sent to the property's address.
We PREFER YOU AVOID SENDING orders or packages to our location; if we need to send someone to pick up your package, a $50 fee must be paid before the package is collected, as we must compensate for the time and effort of someone running the errand. We appreciate your understanding.
