Welcome to Paradise Beach Retreat and experience Florida Living! Bring your kayaks & paddle boards, enjoy the scenic and navigable Perdido Bay.
You can even bring your boat and anchor it in the bay! There's great fishing available in the bay, plus so much wildlife and aquatic life to see, including osprey, dolphins, pelicans, herons, seashells, and fish of all types.
The home has so much to offer vacationing guests including a fabulous backyard.
Important - Each reservation will include a cleaning fee of $245, accidental damage fee of $89, and each pet stay will have a $75 pet fee per pet, plus applicable tax for each reservation. If this fee is not added by the booking site (Airbnb , VRBO, etc), we will add this to your reservation.
Backyard features include:
~ Perdido Bay Waterfront plus a backyard kid-size sandy beach, great for the little ones to make sand castles,
~ Outdoor shower, also great for the kids, easy for them to shower off after a day playing in the sand and bay,
~ Propane grill to cook the day's catch!
~ Fabulous water view deck. A great place to relax any time of the day, from morning coffee, to evening sunset, and all hours in between.
Note: The home is family friendly and pet friendly. Pets to be approved on case by case basis and a reasonable pet fee will be collected.
Water Access:
This fabulous Florida home is bay front with 65 feet of water frontage. Lot size is 65 ft wide x 350 ft deep!
Perdido Bay is just a short, walk down a sloped backyard trail.
Follow the trail which leads to the water's edge, plus a small kid-size sandy beach area.
Boaters are welcome to bring their boat even though we do not have a boat dock.
Guests can either beach their boat at water's edge in the backyard, or anchor it in the bay then either either walk or swim out to board boat.
Sleeping Accommodations:
The home sleeps up to 10 guests.
1st bedroom - Bunk Room with a Twin bed, plus a Twin over Full bunk bed. Sleeps 4.
2nd bedroom - Queen bed. Sleeps 2
3rd bedroom - En Suite with King bed plus bathroom with double vanity and stand up shower. Sleeps 2
4th sleeping area - Sun Room with Queen-size sofa sleeper. Sleeps 2
The 2nd bathroom is a large hall bathroom with tub/shower combination
And there's an outdoor shower in the backyard.

This delightful home is Family Friendly and Pet Friendly. We welcome well-mannered, non-aggressive house trained pets with approval before arrival and payment of a pet fee per pet. Just ask about our pet stay requirements.
Paradise Beach Retreat is a comfortable place where you can sit back and relax. Enjoy pelicans and osprey as they soar overhead, watch dolphins play in the waterway behind the house. Walk from water's edge for sea shells and sea glass. Or bring a fishing pole or two, shore or surf fish.
The bay and water's edge is a short walk down the sloped backyard.
Caution: Not all guests will be able to or want to navigate the sloped walk, so check it out for yourself or a loved one and decide if you can safely navigate to the water. If not, sit up top and enjoy the scenery. Relax on the deck, grill the day's catch, enjoy the water views and bay breezes, watch a gorgeous sunset, and enjoy a star filled sky at night.
Boaters can bring their boat and "beach it" but be sure to set out a marked anchor in the yard to secure your boat. Or anchor your boat in the bay.

While Sea & Sky Rentals provides you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags which are intended to get you through your first evening at the home, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hair dryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, groceries, aluminum foil, and anything else you may need to make your vacation complete!
