The 3-level home is spacious enough for multi-family vacations but still cozy for smaller, more intimate groups. With its expansive deck and stunning views, this home is a place to be remembered!
The space
The main floor's open layout and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Continental Divide is perfect for family and friends to gather.
Double sliding doors off of the main living area allow for overflow onto a spacious 500 sq. ft. deck, equipped with outdoor seating and a 6/8-person hot tub!
The home's large front entry is the perfect space to store winter or summer recreational gear for easy access.
The yard boasts several areas to enjoy. Including a shaded area under the deck with a 10' picnic table and hammock chairs (accessible from the lower level walk-out) and a backyard area to play outdoor games.
The Bedrooms: No more than 6 adults please.
Bedroom #1 (Primary)
Main Floor. King Bed. 2x nightstands, flat-screen TV, attached primary suite, with shower, jetted tub, walk-in closet, and dual vanities.

Second Floor. King Bed. 2x nightstands, flat-screen TV, attached full bath, west-facing deck, and sitting/work area.

Main Floor. Queen Bed, plus Twin loft bed. Additional twin size futon chair.
Walkout Flex Space Area
Basement walkout. Separate Entry and/or access from the main floor. Queen fold-out couch. Kitchenette. Full bathroom. Living area with a large sectional and flat-screen TV. This space can be used as a second living space or as a fourth bedroom/studio.
