Positive: The courtyard is like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Florence life. The staff incredibly friendly and everything was clean and modern.

Negative: They charge to use the pool and gym is very small but on the plus side you can book it out for yourself for an hour at a time for free, but yeah I think the pool should also be free
