While the second apartment, located on the second floor and larger at approximately 75 square meters, offers a double bedroom, bathroom, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, a laundry room, and a spectacular panoramic terrace with a solarium area, providing breathtaking views of the city and the sea.
