Welcome to Sheboygan's South Pier. A 42-acre peninsula that splits the Sheboygan River and Lake Michigan lined with great restaurants and shops on both sides of the riverfront. The condo sits directly on the river with a private patio with seating for six overlooking the Sheboygan Riverwalk. Close to 1700 square feet of living space space gives you plenty of room to spread out. Full kitchen with granite countertops, all cooking utensils and appliances for you to make any meal. Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee along with breakfast bar seating helps you start the day. A separate dining area offers seating for six which sits directly next to the patio overlooking the Sheboygan River. The living room offers leather chair, sofa and loveseat with gas fireplace and 50" streaming TV. You will also enjoy a desk to work at overlooking the river as well as a 64 game full sized arcade game. There are three bedrooms in this unit. The master bedroom features a king size bed, dresser and soft seating along with a walk in closet and streaming television. The ensuite master bath offers a garden tub, walk in shower, granite countertops and linens along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The second bedroom features a king sized bed, dresser with mirror, closet and streaming television. The third bedroom features two twin extra long beds, dressers and streaming television. A second bathroom can be found in the hallway between the second and third bedrooms. This bathroom has a shower/tub combination along with granite countertops and linens along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. All toiletries are supplied in the bathrooms. Enough about the space. Step outside and walk the peninsula. A seasonal old fashioned ice cream parlor is our next door neighbor and just down the street to the east is award winning Italian cuisine and a mini-golf course. Head west on South Pier, cross the 8th Street Bridge, and walk the board walk on the opposite side of the river. Here you will find more shops, a funky coffee shop and award winning BBQ at Parker John's BBQ & Pizza. (Live music every Sunday afternoon Memorial to Labor Day). We are in walking distance to downtown (more shops and restaurants), the marina and after a multi-year renovation the newly completed South Pier that takes you out into the big lake. A sand beach is a 5 minute walk from the condo (not to worry, we have beach chairs, a wagon and even toys for kids). We even got you covered on the beach towels. For those that want to be in the center of it all, this is the place. The condo is a short drive to championship golf at the Kohler properties, art museums and Road America in Elkhart Lake.
