Welcome to a cozy, wooded 2 bed 1 bath cottage with a real camp-like feel, while also having access to Lake Huron, right across Lighthouse road, where featured is the Pointe Aux Barques historical light house! Location is everything & here, you have just that. A short 15 minute drive gets you around the tip of the thumb & into the desirable summer season town of Port Austin, where there is always plenty of festivities and attractions taking place. If you enjoy fishing, kayaking, or boating, multiple streams & boat launches are just a skip away! Many beaches to choose from all within a 15 minute drive. Whether you want to take M25 8 miles to beautiful Harbor Beach, check out the various beaches in Port Austin and Caseville, or just head right across the street to the Lighthouse County Park to walk the gorgeous rocky shore & enjoy stunning views of the lake and shoreline. Shopping, restaurants, and other amenities are also in close proximity in the central town of Bad Axe which is only a 20 minute drive, where there access to multiple good steak houses and other great restaurants are available & also grocery stores, hardware stores, and other various options for necessities are at your leisure! So, come camp, or “Glamp” as some would call it & enjoy complete relaxation & enjoyment in the lovely, sought after Lake Huron tip of the thumb area & I promise you will never leave disappointed with your time spent making memories here!

Summary: The cottage is super cute and clean! Ryan responded quickly to all the questions we had and kept us informed of all things happening at the cabin before our arrival. And bonus, Ryan had a bonfire all set up, ready to go, when we got there, it was super sweet and so unexpected!
