This beautiful first floor villa is in the Meadows golf and tennis community complete with stately trees and spanish moss. Enjoy the screened in lanai looking out at a private lake view with golf course on other side. This unit is provided with linens, towels and beach chairs, while the kitchen offers every convenience imaginable. Large master bedroom with en suite bath, has king size bed with walk-in closet and walk-out to lanai. Guest bedroom offers queen size bed and desk suitable to function as a remote office. Laundry room offers Bosch washer/dryer. There is a garage suitable for one car and two parking spots in the driveway. Two bikes are provided (1-man/1womans). Discover this active community offering a variety of amenities including a shared pool, tennis courts, three 18-hole golf courses, and fifteen miles of walking and biking paths You are within 30 minutes of white sandy beaches of Siesta, Lido, and Longboat Keys, plus Bird Island Key Park for impressive sunsets. You can take in the shopping at St. Armand's Circle followed up by dinner at one of the Main Street restaurants. No trip is complete without a visit to Bayfront Park with its popular Tiki Bar. There are restaurants, pub and convenience store within a 15-minute walk to the Meadows Village Center along our walking path.
