Vacation Rental Protection Plan: Knowing there is coverage for accidents will help you relax and enjoy your vacation. In lieu of a $5,000 cash security deposit, we provide a Vacation Rental Protection Plan. This non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $5,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

This year, the kitchen has been remodeled with granite countertops and now features brand new appliances, and cookware. The interior now has a fresh coat of paint and new furniture and décor has been added throughout the home. The wine room has been replaced with an office, featuring a desk and daybed for those who want to grab a mid day nap or get some work done! 9 Roku Smart TVs have been installed throughout the home including a 65 inch in the game room and a 52 inch in the great room.
