Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location was very good and it was roomy. You can park close to the door and go up about 6 steps and then walk a very short distance down a hallway to the unit door. We only used one bedroom but there were TWO very large bedrooms with a king bed in each. You need to climb up a spiral staircase to go upstairs to the bedrooms. There was a huge living room and kitchen with everything you could possibly need to cook with. Paper towels, foil, baggies, and a ton of spices were there. We did not cook, but they supplied a package of coffee which was appreciated. This home would be perfect for a group of skiers as there were lots of hooks everywhere for hanging up, I assume, wet clothing and ski equipment. There was also a huge amount of bath towels.
Negative: The internet did not work and we were planning to get in 3 days of work and do our laundry while taking a break from our Alaska travels. Even though there was a picture of a full size washer and dryer in the listing, there was no w/d to be found. There was also no hairdryer. The shower curtain liner was stained and smelled bad. Overall, the furniture and walls and woodwork were quite shabby and the place could use refurbishing but it probably gets lot of abuse from skiers staying there.
Summary: A bit shabby but it’s a roomy place to be your home away from home.
