The Space:
This listing is a cozy studio apartment in a three story multi family building. Inside of the unit, you can enjoy a kitchenette with all appropriate pots, pans, and utensils, coffee station, private bathroom.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the front door of the building with a key, and will then need to walk up the stairs to the unit and use your unique code on the smart lock on the door of the unit to gain access. There is a FREE shared laundry in the basement of the building that you will have unlimited access to once inside of the building. You will just need to bring your own detergent.

Old Town is Alexandria’s beloved downtown and nationally designated historic district on the Potomac River waterfront. The King Street Mile and surrounding brick-lined sidewalks are studded with centuries-old architecture, historic attractions and independent businesses. Getting Around:
The King Street metro station is about a 10 minute walk away, which serves as your best access to DC and the surrounding areas of Virginia, Maryland, and DC. Old Town Alexandria also has a FREE trolley called the King Street Trolley that has stops every couple of blocks along King Street that runs between the waterfront in Old Town and the King Street metro station. It operates seven days a week between 11am and 11pm.
