Beautiful ground floor posh palace has all the luxuries. 2 bedroom, large living room, full kitchen with granite countertops and all equipment you’ll need to prepare delicious meals.
Carolina room with a sitting area, dartboard and games. Carolina room has a door to step outside into the garden.
Please be advised that this condo contains high-value and fragile items. guest will be held fully accountable for any damaged or missing items. Any associated repair or replacement cost will be charged without exception. Families with children are very welcome, but please be mindful that the space may not be childproofed. We recommend keeping an extra eye on little ones to ensure their safety and to help preserve the condition of the condo.

There is a Ring doorbell on front door. It is the only camera and is there for safety.
TV's have cable and streaming apps downloaded. However, you have to log into your own streaming account.
Pool access: You’ll find a ring with 4 wristbands & Key fobs inside the welcome basket. You do not need to wear the wristbands, but please keep them with you while at the pool. Be sure to return the full set to the basket after use to avoid replacement fees.
To get to the pool; it is a down the road the condo is on and is behind the club house.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo - this includes marijuana. Volations will result in significant cleaning fees and fines. No pets, no parties, and no large gatherings are permitted. This is a private, quiet space intended for respectful use only. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges.
No eating or drinking is allowed on or near the white couch. We ask that all food and beverages stay in the dining or kitchen areas to help maintain the condition of the furniture.
Washer and Dryer are located in the bathroom. There is laundry pods and dryer sheets for you to use. Do not wash pet or sandy items.
Beach items:
For your convenience, there are beach towels and items provided. You may take any/all beach supplies to the beach or pool. Please be sure to return everything to avoid being charged. I understand some of the small beach toys will get lost or damaged and that is okay.
Safety:
Fire extinguisher is found under the kitchen sink.
First aid kit, flashlight, scissors, and a lighter are found in the welcome basket
