This beautiful waterfront home is located in a quiet area of the Bolivar Peninsula, uniquely situated between the only gulf-side boat launch and Fort Travis Seaside Park. Unobstructed views of the Bolivar Roads Anchorage allow you to watch the ship traffic and ferries entering the channel, as well as Galveston Island. In the mornings, you can sit out on the deck with a cup of coffee while watching the breathtaking sunrise and listening to the sounds of the waves. Off the Hook is located between Fort Travis and the North Jetty.
The generous great room has luxury vinyl plank flooring and comfortable seating for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to make your favorite family meals. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a drip coffee and Keurig machine. The large granite island and separate dining table have room for 11. More comforts of home include high speed internet, and an on-site washer and dryer.
With 2400 square feet, Off the Hook easily sleeps 12. One bedroom offers a king bed, and the other three bedrooms have two queen beds in each!
On the ground level, there is a great covered area that offers room to relax with your family and friends, and barbecue on the charcoal grill. This home is a wonderful place to make beach memories!
