Jan Juc is a tranquil area between Torquay and the legendary Bells beach.
This is a no Party policy during your stay as the neighbourhood enjoys a peaceful escape away from the hustle and bustle as you do and our home is situated in a safe friendly family court.
The pool and basketball ring along with playground two doors away is perfect for families .
Local RACV club restaurants and golf course is a 3 minute walk with casual fireside eating as well as fine dining with spectacular views over the golf course to the ocean .
Torquay has much on offer with an array of supermarkets restaurants cafes and surf city about a 5 mins drive
My home is equiped with everthing you will need for a relaxing stay .
Open plan newly renovated upstairs areas .
The kitchen has a Zip tap with boiling water , sparkling filtered and cold filtered water . and dining table seats 8 people. There are living rooms on both levels , both with smart TV with Netflix and Sydney Chanel’s televisions.
The house has two toilets one on each level .
Shampoo , conditioner and hairstyling equipment are Provided in the downstairs bathroom .
There is also a hot shower outside to wash off after the beach and clothes line for drying beach gear.
There are four bedrooms .
One super king bed
One queen .
One double, and a room with king single and single beds.
A balcony overlooks the pool with views to Jan Juc and the beach. From here the local cockatoos, parrots and small birds often visit , seating here allows you to enjoy the stars by night.
A staircase leads down to the pool area where there is a glassed in patio child safe area , to keep little ones safe and within eyes view.
There are four bedrooms downstairs , all with comfortable bedding .
In the downstairs living area is a microwave , mini fridge , kettle, toaster crockery and small table and chairs .
Portable gas BBQ’s are situated on both outdoor levels.
Linen is supplied tea towels , sheets , extra pillows blankets , pillow slips, doonas with covers and one towel per person.
There is Unlimited NBN Wifi throughout.
The Laundry has a washing machine and dryer and door to the outdoor clothes line .
There is a ducted vaacum system , iron and a clothes steamer.
A porta cot and highchair are available on request at no extra charge.
There is a Basketball ring for children to enjoy after a big day at the beach.
The downstairs living room has a smart TV with games and books for children and adults.
The swimming pool is surrounded by garden and is magnesium salt water which is designed vend to relax the muscles .
Please note solar heating to pool . The temperature can be anywhere from 20-38 degrees in summer but generally cold in winter .
Note guests are not permitted to tamper with any of the pool equipment . This is automated and failure to comply will result in charges.
The barbecue must be cleaned after use to avoid an additional cleaning fee $200 .
Two doors from the house is a beautiful playground parkland .
Getting to the area .
Buses are available close by within a 1 min walk at end of court (to Apollo Bay ,Torquay and Geelong ) Strathcairn Ave and Strathmore drive .
Geelong to Jan Juc via Torquay corner of Camrose Crt and Strathmore Drive.
There are fabulous walks such as the Jan Juc cliff top walk along the Boulevarde in Jan Juc , biking is also very popular and the track goes to bells beach for a great sunset walk idea.
There are springtime walks at anglesea Heath to see spectacular wildflowers particular to this area September being the best time to visit
Mountain Bike tracks for children where nature abounds on the corner of Hearn rd and great ocean rd s.
Restaurants along the foreshore in Torquay provide an array of choices .
Japanese Indian Greek Italian , Mexican , Thai , Vietnamese and great fish n chips at Bell St Fisn n chips in Torquay .
Recommended cafe Swell in jan Juc open daily .
The cowry market runs on the third Sunday of the month along the Torquay foreshore.
