This is a fully furnished, clean and well maintained 3BR single storey house, on a quiet and private corner block at Sandy Point. It is only ten minutes walk to the shops and the magnificent main surf beach, which is great for walking, sun bathing, fishing, surfing and views of Wilson's Promontory. It is also at the start of the 45 minute return walking/cycling track to Shallow Inlet or only a 2km drive onto the Inlet beach, for many recreational activities such as swimming, fishing, sail boarding or kite surfing. Day trips can be made to surrounding attractions, such as Walkerville, Waratah Bay, the Leongatha - Welshpool Rail Trail and Wilson's Promontory. For a lazy day, it is a short drive to the Waratah Hills Winery, Gurney’s Cidery, or the well renowned Meeniyan cafes and bakery.
The house features a large, open plan living area which is north facing, with plenty of windows and lots of natural light. Sliding doors open onto a spacious outdoor deck. It is peaceful and quiet and great for total relaxation!
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and coffee machine. You can enjoy a meal outdoors, undercover, with the large bbq and an 8 seater table. There is a large reverse cycle air conditioner in the living area and a Coonarra wood fire for a cosy night in. There is a smart tv with free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.
