We truly love gathering at the large kitchen island to share a cocktail, enjoy meals, or play games together. The open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen make this home an easy choice for "dinner in". The private beach is only steps away and has ample room to lounge and enjoy the beautiful weather. For the health-conscious guest, Rory's Market and Kitchen is only 1 mile away - we love their "works" avocado toast, acai bowls, and fresh juices. For those days when only an ice cream will do - Sundae School is dangerously close! For delicious meals and the best service, the Ocean House is a short 700-ft walk away. The Rooftop at the Pelham House Resort is another great choice and is only 1/4 mile away. Last, but not least, we love lounging in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the ocean with a crisp glass of wine before dinner!
Let Us Tell You About This Home:
After parking you will enter the new 4 story building that sits ocean front. You enter the building from the Main entrance off the walk way. Follow the hallway to the stairs on the right or the elevator on the left and go to the second floor. The unit is the first door on the left.
This home has everything you'd expect brand new construction to have - you'll notice the modern coastal decor and accents throughout, beautiful wood floors and crisp, bright colors that immediately let you know you are ocean front on the Cape! Hang your beach bag on the distressed driftwood hall tree where you will also find extra beach towels.
Bedroom #1 is on your left with Queen bed, bureau, night stand, closet and an ensuite full bath with shower. Across from this bedroom is a closet where you will find the stackable washer and dryer.
Across from the washer dryer you will find mounted on the wall the air phone to speak to and let in guests from the main door.
Bedroom #2 is on your left with 2 twin beds, a bureau, nightstand and the closet is just across the hall. Bathroom #2 is in the hallway on the right - a full bath with shower/tub combination.
The open concept kitchen/living area is at the end of the hall and is perfectly situated to take in the stunning ocean views. The kitchen has a center island that seats 4 with a cubby for extra storage of beach chairs. All stainless appliances and plenty of counter space with a ceramic farmers sink to make amazing meals to share with the family either at the bistro table or island.
The living area has a comfortable Queen Sleep sofa and 2 plus occasional chairs, a flat screen TV with YouTube TV and streaming options, and gas fireplace for those chilly nights on the ocean.
