Summary: Most everything you will need in a great little condo on the beach. Host and property manager responded promptly when we had questions. We enjoyed the stay and the location but for a few minor inconveniences. Would be good to include dish soap. The pool was taken over with toys and floaters from another large family. We could have purchased a day pass for the hotel next door but decided to take beach adventures to get away from the loud family that thought both pools were their own personal areas. The location is perfect for enjoying downtown and beach. We found out too late that the PM had an ATV he could have rented but we did not get is contact info until after we arrived. We would recommend this place but read the other reviews about no laundry, no hot tub and being near a restaurant. That was not a deal breaker but it you should know there is no laundry because if you stay longer than a few days it would be very inconvenient not to wash your towels and wet suits.
