• Jacuzzi Heating - We do not charge a daily heating fee like most other rentals in the area. We have the Jacuzzi heater set to maintain a water temp of 102F, but you are free to adjust it up or down to the temperature you prefer.
•STRICTLY NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.
• Quiet hours after 10PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Please message us directly for early check-in/late check-out requests, we will do our best to accommodate if our booking schedule allows.
• There is a "Ring" doorbell and cameras recording on the premises (outdoors only, no recording devices inside the home). All cameras are facing away from the property, to ensure the safety of our guests and property.
