When you book the entire property, you get full access to all five cottages—three spacious ones and two compact ones—along with complete use of the pool, garden, outdoor kitchen, and all amenities. This is a perfect setup for family reunions, group getaways, or intimate celebrations. Since you'll have the entire space to yourself, privacy is guaranteed—no other guests will be on the property during your stay.
The space
Indoor Spaces: Where Comfort Meets Simplicity
Step inside our thoughtfully built cottages, where earthy charm meets homely convenience. All five cottages feature double bedrooms and are located on the ground floor, with attached private bathrooms, garden-facing views, and king-sized beds. Each room comfortably sleeps 2, and three of the cottages even got space for 3 extra in each, on cozy floor mattresses (extra charges apply).
Bedrooms
While there is no living room, you’ll find seating arrangements in thee of the rooms, perfect for late-night chats or early morning coffee. All rooms come equipped with ACs, TVs, wardrobes, and electric kettles, with extra blankets and pillows to keep you snug.
Bathrooms
The ensuite bathrooms are clean and functional, each with a geyser, shower, toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet roll), bath and hand towels, and even a hair dryer upon request.
Kitchen and Dining
Our kitchen is located outdoors and is available for guest use at an additional charge of ₹2000. It's set up for heavy cooking and includes basic cookware, cutlery, a microwave, fridge, gas stove, and more. Feel free to prepare your meals or request our chef-on-call service (additionally chargeable). You can also order in from nearby restaurants via food delivery apps.

• Visitors are not allowed to drop in unannounced. Only registered guests can access the property.
• We provide Bisleri bottled water only—please plan accordingly.
• 5–10 cars can be parked on-site, free of charge.
• Network connectivity is generally good here.
• Pets are allowed at the property.

• DJs, hookah, or any kind of drug use is not allowed at the property.
• Security deposit of ₹2000 applicable for full property bookings.
• Smoking: Allowed strictly in outdoor areas
• Alcohol Consumption Regulations: Alcohol consumption must comply with the Telangana State Excise Act and Prohibition Act. A valid permit is required, and guests must obtain the permit from the local excise department and adhere to Telangana State Excise Act and Prohibition Act and State Laws.
• Quiet hours: Strictly from 11 PM to 7 AM
• Pets: Allowed, no additional charge required

1. Supervision & Safety
• No Lifeguard on Duty – Swim at your own risk.
• Children must be always supervised by an adult.
• No diving, jumping, or rough play – The pool is 4-5 ft deep and not suitable for diving.
2. Hygiene & Cleanliness
• Shower before entering – Please rinse off sand, dirt, or lotions before using the pool.
• Foot rinse required – Use the foot wash area to avoid bringing in dirt.
3. Food & Drink
• No food inside the pool – Kindly enjoy your snacks at the designated garden seating area.
• No glassware near the pool – Only plastic cups allowed. Broken glass poses a serious hazard and will result in a cleaning fee.
4. Alcohol & Pool Use
• Drink responsibly – Excessive alcohol consumption and swimming are a dangerous mix. Please use discretion.
5. Emergencies
• In case of any emergency, contact the caretaker immediately.
