3 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Parking and Balcony

We spared no expense in renovating and furnishing this 3 bedroom 2 bath home for our primary residence. We are sure that you will find everything you want or need in this rental. From the soaring ceilings, arched door ways, fireplace, and large kitchen this home will impress. The large master suite features a spa like bathroom. There is a separate wet room with a luxury tub and shower. Sorry, the master walk in closet is not available to guests. Not to be out done, the second bathroom features a double sink and extra large walk in shower. Two secondary bedrooms are large with custom closet organizers. The outdoor space is the highlight with gorgeous mountain views, pool, hot tub, gas grill, firepit, large patio, and wrap around porch with ceiling fans. There is one space available in the oversized 2 car garage. Heating of pool and hot tub with surcharge.

Summary: A great location in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with an awesome view of the Santa Rita mountains from the backyard. There are many recreational area nearby or a short drive to enjoy outdoor activities. This AMAZING home is very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped with everything you’ll need. The bedrooms and all the furniture are very comfortable. We also enjoyed all the natural light the home offers. The outdoor space is perfect for grilling out or relaxing with a glass of wine while enjoying the nice weather. Communication with our hosts was easy. They checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay and were very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this beautiful home!
