Summary: The bed wasn't great and the place had no A/C, so in the summer I wouldn't want to stay for more than a night, but the grounds were lovely with a cute little waterfall right outside the front door. Check-in was a breeze (no idea why other reviewers complained about that). Room was warm overnight, even with the patio door open, but the grounds were very quiet so sleeping with the patio door open wasn't a problem. And we really enjoyed eating breakfast on the mini patio, while we watched a Steller's Jay preen on a nearby branch. Whole place was spotless. Kitchen was a bonus for the same price as a hotel room. We didn't cook, but we did use the sink, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. All worked well. It's no frills for sure: no K-cups, no ice maker, basic linens, and hot tub is TINY (and only open from 9-9). But for a simple overnight stay, I would definitely choose to stay here again over other similarly priced options in the area. Fabulous value for the location, with lots of tasty nearby food options/ATM/Raley's. (Jiffy's pizza was fast and yummy!)
