This very comfortable and child-friendly holiday home is located in a quiet side street of Costa de la Calma with its own pool (3m x 7m), a wonderful garden and a terrace with a grill. Plot: approx. 800 m2.
The living area of approx. 240 m² is divided as follows:
Ground floor with large living / dining room with fireplace and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with bathroom en suite, guest toilet.
Upper floor with 2 double bedrooms and one balcony each. 1 bathroom with shower / bathtub and toilet.
The house is about 1 km from a small bathing bay. Thanks to the good transport connections, you can reach many beautiful beaches in the southwest of Mallorca in a few minutes and the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, in less than 15 minutes.
It is the perfect domicile for the most precious weeks of the year - rest, lots of space, a large pool and the green surroundings immediately create a holiday mood.
