This beautifully designed loft was renovated last year and features original exposed brick, rustic wooden beams, and industrial charm throughout. This building was built in 1910 as a toy factory, and is now home to some of the best condos downtown close to any place you want to see.
My condo is spacious with an open concept and a true master suite (Jacuzzi tub). Brand new black stainless steel appliances, unique lighting, and personal touches throughout will give you a proper stay in the city.

The loft comes with one covered parking spot in a gated lot. Access the space by first entering the condo and retrieving the gate opener. The building lot also has two visitor parking spots but is free to any other visitors so there is a chance they may be taken. Downtown parking payment hours at the pay stations are 8 AM to 8 PM (Monday – Friday), On Saturdays there is free parking for 2 hours, and on Sundays, parking is free all day. There are parking meters right in front of the loft.
Guests can also enjoy the patio behind the building which includes a large dining table with six chairs, trees on two sides, and several loungers.
The lobby includes a bike rack.
PLEASE NOTE- The loft is on the 3rd floor and the elevator can be used to get there. This unit is located in a building with other lofts. There is a loft above and below this unit so you may hear some noise transfer from the other units. These units are other rentals and are fairly out of our control so your host cannot be responsible for noise from other units.

I love the location of this loft. I jog to the gym every morning and I love stopping by Vosen’s German bakery across the street for a pesto and cheese roll in the morning.
The mall has a specialty super market that makes a killer mint chocolate brownie cookie and sells cakes from the best bakery in the state.
Whisky Street on Main has the best bar food I’ve ever had. I recommend the hot pastrami sandwich with truffle fries.
If you’d rather not walk, grab a scooter or green bike on any given corner and cruise around.
The loft is 10 mins. from the airport via rental car or Uber. Guests can also take the TRAX train to the Utah Jazz arena stop, which is a block away.
Green bikes and Bird scooters are scattered all over the place.
The loft is also situated in the “free zone” for the train and city busses, which can be boarded at no cost. You are able to travel to for free via the train or buses within this radius in the city.

Occasionally we have guests ask if they can host a photoshoot or even film a movie at the property. Hallmark filmed a film in the loft just a few months ago!
We do allow small events and you are responsible for catering and for cleaning up fully after your event. Please inquire about hosting events at the property.
1) Smoking, vaping, tobacco, etc. are not permitted in any capacity anywhere on this property. A fine of $500 will be levied for each offence and guests will be responsible for any cost of cleaning or damages associated.
2) This property is limited to 10 occupants at any given time. Prior written approval & authorization from your host(s) is required to add any additional occupants/visitors. Violation of this rule is grounds for removal from the premises. Fines up to $100 per person may be imposed for violators. If you wish to add more guests to your reservation please send an alteration request or contact your host(s).
3) It is expected that guests respect neighbours. For this reason we ask that guests adhere to quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
4) This is a shoes-off property. Please remove your shoes while indoors.
5) Guests are expected to make a reasonable effort to keep the property clear of excessive clutter and maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay. This includes removing garbage and/or taking bins to the curb as required. Hosts reserve the right to charge for excessive messes, damage, and unreasonable clutter left behind.
6) Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property. If you require a service animal please contact your hosts at the time of reservation to confirm accommodation.
7) Early & Late check-out fees starting at $50/hour may apply to guests who arrive outside of their check-in/check-out window without prior host approval. If you would like early check-in or late check-out please contact your hosts to confirm availability (fees may apply).
