This newly renovated home on beautiful Lake Hartwell boasts an open concept kitchen and living room with a wall of windows framing a great view of the lake. The comfy living room is the perfect place to curl up and catch up with family, take a nap, or take in the lake. Just steps from the dock, this 3 full bedroom home offers 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 12! Master bedroom with king bed, second king bedroom upstairs, downstairs bunk bedroom sleeps 5 (one bunk bed with twin top and double bed on bottom, and 2nd twin bunk bed), and 3 twin beds in recreation room plus a futon that can be used as sofa or laid down for extra sleeping. Sit on the screened porch and drink your coffee as the sun comes up and enjoy swinging on the porch swing on the open downstairs porch. Great dock for swimming, jumping, and kayaking. Kids can't get enough of playing in the lake and typically stay down by the water all day. Perfect place to drop a line in the water and see if you can catch a monster catfish or bass, too! The downstairs recreation room has a fun ping pong table and room for games. Fold it up and roll it out of the way if you need room for other activities. You will have room to unwind and relax at 54 Lighthouse Point!
Bring your boat or jet skis! Public boat ramp about 5 miles away. Use our kayaks and floating mat for hours of lake fun!
Kitchen has oven/stove, microwave, dish washer, Keurig coffee maker, counter top ice maker, blender, toaster, refrigerator with ice and water on the door, and pots and pans for whipping up a meal. Upstairs has a flat screen smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, You Tube TV, etc. TV downstairs has Apple TV and a DVD player. Washer and Dryer in basement - please supply your own washing supplies. There is a fire pit down by the lake and wood is provided.
Gas and charcoal grills are provided, but you will need to bring your own gas, charcoal and lighter fluid.
Indoor fire place is decorative. Thank you for not burning a fire in the inside fire places.

The property is on a hill. The house is downhill from the parking pad and the paved sidewalk is somewhat steep. The walk to the lake from the house is mostly wooden and stone steps, also at an incline. There are not handrails on the paved sidewalk from the parking pad to the house or down to the lake.
