Located in the Cottage District of the WaterColor community, you are sure to love this charming newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom modern 2,600 square foot home. With the home sitting behind Seaside, the Tennis Center a block away, only a few short minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the WaterColor Beach Club, 37 Lake District Lane is the perfect vacation home, and everything will be at your fingertips. The kitchen, double living rooms and dining area are located on the first floor of the home. Another feature on the first floor is the master bedroom suite with king size bed and large, gorgeous bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub. Just off the first living area is a set of stairs leading to a bedroom that features a private balcony, king size bed, an additional twin sleeper along with private bathroom hosting a tub and shower combo. On the opposite side of the home, you will find a second staircase that hosts a king bedroom, which also has an additional twin bed in the room. Across the hall you will find the fourth and final bedroom displaying a queen and full-size bed. The second floor also has two full bathrooms, the first bathroom contains a walk-in shower while the second bathroom has a tub and shower combo.
