4 Bedroom House with Spa, Air Conditioner and Ocean View

This tastefully decorated 4 bedroom newly built Cape vacation home is privately situated between Perch Pond of Wellfleet and Great Pond of Truro. It is located on the ocean side and is 1/2 mile to the Truro border, within minutes of Ocean Drive and the ponds. It is light and bright with an open floor plan, a fireplace and cathedral ceilings in the living room. The adjacent dining area opens to the brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets. Enter the large sun room off the dining area through glass-paned french doors, where a breakfast table and futon are there for your enjoyment.
The over-sized deck can be accessed from the sun room at one end or the living room at the other. Adjacent to the deck (at the sunroom end) is a new spacious outdoor shower landscaped with a walkway and seating.
The first-floor master bedroom has a sumptuous queen bed, with en suite full bath. An additional half-bath with washer/dryer is just off the entryway. Each of two of the spacious upstairs bedrooms have twin beds. The third upstairs bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed. There is a full shared bathroom upstairs.
This is a HYPO-ALLERGENIC NEW HOUSE- ALL rooms have Hardwood Floors and NO wall to wall carpeting. We are environmentally conscious and use cleaning products that are as well.
