The I-10 freeway is less than 10 minutes away, making it easy to explore Palm Springs and other nearby spots in the Coachella Valley.

Cleaning services are scheduled after your stay. We can arrange cleaning during your stay for an additional fee.
4. Can we heat the pool?
Pool heating is available for $125/day with a minimum two-day requirement. For the April-October season, pool heating is available for $95/day.
5. What amenities are included with my accommodations?
All our rentals are fully furnished and include a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. We provide dishes, utensils, a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, a spice rack, salt, and pepper. You'll also find bath towels, pool towels, bed linens, and an initial supply of trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Laundry facilities come with soap and dryer sheets.
6. Do your homes have outdoor music systems?
No, due to HOA noise restrictions.
