We're also close to La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and various golf courses in La Quinta. Highway 111, with stores like Costco and Target as well as coffee shops including Starbucks, is only 5 miles away. The I-10 freeway is less than 10 minutes away, making it easy to explore Palm Springs and other nearby spots in the Coachella Valley.

No, our homes use a keyless entry system. We provide a unique entry code for each reservation, which enhances security and simplifies check-in.
3. Is daily cleaning service provided?
Cleaning services are scheduled after your stay. If you need cleaning during your stay, we can arrange it for an additional fee.
4. Can we heat the pool?
Pool heating is available for $125/day with a min 2 day requirement. For April-October season, pool heating is available for $95/day.
5. What amenities are included with my accommodations?
All our rentals are fully furnished and include a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. We provide dishes, utensils, a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, a spice rack, salt, and pepper. You'll also find bath towels, pool towels, bed linens, and an initial supply of trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Laundry facilities come with soap and dryer sheets.
6. Do your homes have outdoor music systems?
No, due to HOA noise restrictions.
7. Do you allow pets?
No cats allowed. Dogs may be permitted upon request, subject to breed and size restrictions.
