Beautiful, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with fenced backyard, small side patio with BBQ Grill. 2 King beds and 2 full beds. Also, a huge sofa and an additional queen air mattress to sleep plenty. Everything in the house is new, including the furniture, appliances, linens and dishes.
Extremely convenient location off of Hwy 121 in McKinney/Frisco/Allen/Plano four points area. Minutes from Toyota, Shops of Legacy, Stonebriar Center, Craig Ranch Sports Complex, Allen Premium Outlets. Plenty of nearby shopping, restaurants!
We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay. Gas Fireplace with switch ignite, 65" Roku TV, Wireless Docking/charging Station in Living Room. New Roku TV’s in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. A separate office space with two chairs and desk. Large dining table and separate bar stool seating for plenty to eat comfortably. Hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, ironing board, brand new dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, Keurig coffee machine(with some provided K-cups), new towels and linens are provided as standard and a washing machine/dryer are available so you don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions.
The house has a great open floor plan. Kitchen island with bar stool seating, which opens to the living area. There is also an open dining area with table, 4 chairs and a bench. New cabinets with quartz countertops and new appliances. All bedrooms have carpet and ceiling fans. Bring the outdoors in with mud room/back door leading in from the clean, garage with nice epoxy flooring. Just outside the garage is a fenced in back yard with chairs for gathering. There is also a small, side patio with BBQ grill. Low traffic street.
