Fantastic villa in Reserva del Higueron.
It has a private pool where you can really sit and enjoy the view of the mountains.
The villa is located in the lovely Reserva del Higueron.
There are 3 bedrooms all newly renovated. In one bedroom there is a sofa bed so therefore sleep 8 in the house.
2 bathrooms, lovely large fully equipped kitchen and living room with dining room all really tasteful Scandinavian style.
The villa is on 2 floors and has a terrace on the 1st floor from the bedroom.
There are PS 3 (PlayStation 3) in the house for free use but you just need to have your own games.
Reserva del Higueron sports club & Nagomi Spa which is a luxury spa and wellness center with gym, tennis and paddle courts approx. 5 min. Walk from the house. And there is also one of the coast's most trendy roof top bars on top of the Hilton, the guard is watched by its own watchman and it is safe and fun why many of the bl. a Malaga's business elite, sports stars, has their home in this area.
There is a shopping center at the entrance to Reserva del Higueron, such as carrefour supermarket, kiosk, hairdresser, pharmacy, restaurants, Spanish tapas bars, and if that's not enough, the little free train in commuter boat runs down to the promenade for the area's residents.
Reserva del Higueron is a 5-minute drive from Fuengirola's 7 km long beach. Just outside the villa you can take the free train which runs directly down to the beach or up to the supermarket.
Carvajal train station is 500m from the house which runs to Malaga and the airport.
