Each room in this beautiful unit is tastefully adorned with décor and TVs in all bedrooms. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, flat-screen television, and large walk-in closets. The primary bathroom has an over-sized walk-in shower, double vanity and an oval garden tub. The primary shower features a low-ledge, built-in shower seat, and hand-held shower head designed for those with limited mobility. The guest bedroom contains a queen bed, flat-screen television, walk-in closet, and adjoining full bathroom. The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower with a low-ledge and hand-held shower head.
Enjoy relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on comfortable, leather furnishings and your flat screen television. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
