It is steps away from the beach access on 3rd Ave. This vacation rental offers views of the ocean from the living room and outside patio area. The living room has vaulted ceilings, comfy couches ones a queen sleeper for 2 extra guests and nicely cushioned chairs to relax and watch the gas fireplace or a movie on the large Flat screen TV. If you love to cook the fully loaded kitchen has everything you could desire and offers plenty of counter space and a nice granite counter top island with seating for 3 to enjoy company while you prepare a beautiful dinner as well as more seating at the kitchen table. The outside front porch has plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze, and also dine outside.
Off of the living room and kitchen is a convenient half bath, as well as the oversized, large master suite which has vaulted tray ceilings, Flatscreen TV & an ensuite full bath. The 2nd bedroom offers twin beds and a TV, nice bureau's, plenty of closet space and coastal decorating the 3rd bedroom has a king size be, TV and the full bath between each bedroom in the hallway. The utility room with front loading washer and dryer are located on the bottom floor along with the 2 and 3rd bedrooms and offers plenty of room to fold and sort laundry.Extra sleeping on a new pullout couch in living room SLEEPS 2 and extra cot beds and blowup beds AVAILABLE FOR children The private garage and driveway have plenty of room for 5 vehicles if needed. This house is beautiful inside and out with ocean and beach views. There is a propane grill 2 new beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and kids beach toys. The Beach access is steps away and takes care of that to enjoy the peaceful, serene ocean. If you would like to rent a golf cart we also offer that please just ask .Come on down relax, and enjoy a great beach vacation. We would love to have you. If you have a pet their is a pet fee and pet rules we also need to know the breed.
