An original 50’s home, the mountain-view property has been beautifully updated inside and out - with no expenses spared. The home is surrounded by palm, olive, and fruit trees, as well as various flowers that attract hummingbirds and other colorful types. Past the courtyard and its water fountain, the walled yard features privacy bushes, as well as an electric grill, and room to dine alfresco.
All on one floor, the open layout is perfect for socializing. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with top-quality appliances and ample stone counter space. OPTIONAL EXTRA FEES:
*** EXTRA GUESTS: The nightly rate covers your stay for up to 4 guests. The extra guest fee above 4 guests is $50/day/guest. The property accommodates 8 guests comfortably in 4 bedrooms. Visitors are not permitted unless pre-approved by us.
*** SPA and POOL HEATING: The private spa and pool are for guests in this home only and can be used 24/7. The spa heat is free for you. The pool is NOT heated. But, of course, we are happy to heat the pool for you. The high desert utility charges force us to charge a heating fee, and we appreciate your understanding.
In the summer months, no heating is needed, as the pool is in the 80s most of the time. In the winter (October to March) it drops into the '50s and we can heat it up to 82 degrees for you for $185 per day. The pool would be heated 24/7 of course.
Kindly let us know 48 hours before your arrival date, if and when you would like the pool heated.
The pool is about 60 ft wide and 80 feet long, as well as up to 8 ft deep. The pool is not fenced!
*** PET FEE: We charge $195 for special pet cleaning to protect guests with allergies. The fee applies unless your dog is an officially certified service dog (email us certification). Emotional support animals are subject to a pet fee unless an official service dog certificate is provided.
*** CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT: The Check-in is after 4 pm. Check-out is before 11 am. Subject to availability at the time you book this option, we offer an early check-in (you can check in from 8 am for $150) and a late check-out (you can stay until 6 pm for $150)
*** All rates, cleaning, taxes, admin, and other fees are non-negotiable. If not paid any open fees are deducted from the security deposit.
*** CANCELLATION: All bookings are subject to a cancellation policy (as defined on the booking site).
*** GUEST COUNT: Only booked guests and pets are provided access to the premises by our local manager. Kindly provide your correct guest count in your reservation, and announce any pets.
*** NOISE ORDINANCE: The Desert City Noise Ordinance does not permit any music outside. Sorry - we can't do anything about that. A fine of $500 per occurrence would be payable by you.

The pool is not fenced, and we are not liable for any pool/spa accidents. Suitable for infants ONLY with adult supervision at all times (No kids in the pool without adult supervision!).
--Consult your physician before using the pool or spa. Do not leave pool lights on overnight, as it attracts insects to the pool & spa
-- No glass (bottles, glasses, plates, etc.) is to be taken outside around the pool. We have plastic dishes to be used outside. We have special pool towels and would appreciate it if only those are used outside.
-- No smoking and no drugs are allowed on the premises.
-- We are not to be made liable for any injuries or accidents that happen on the premises, no matter how they occurred. In booking this property you agree, without any limitation and irrevocably, to not hold us harmless and waive all rights to hold us liable in case of an accident and/or injuries.
-- Only booked guests (and booked pets) are given access to the home, no overnight visitors are allowed, and daily visitors must be announced and approved by the host to be given access to the premise.
-- No professional filming or photography is allowed unless specifically authorized by us.
-- Pets are allowed for a $195 fee. Remove pet pooh from the backyard
-- Pool and spa can be heated for a fee of $185/day
-- No glass, cans, or sharp objects are allowed around the pool and backyard
-- No trash to be left in the home, garage, or back yard. Kindly remove your trash (place trash in bins outside)
