Summary: Nicely maintained house. Had to text Edgar (owner) and he always responded back in a timely fashion. Monsoons came in hard last day (Sunday) when we were there and lost power as we were cooking food in the kitchen and grilling out for our last meal. Power was out for at least 8 hours so we called over 20 hotels and finally checked into a Hampton Inn at 1:30am. We had to go somewhere as with No AC in a house in Havasu when it was probably 110 during the day was not good. SO we had to pay 200 to stay in a hotel and didnt even enjoy the day or night in the house.
