The open-plan living area is generous in size and light and bright. Featuring a modern kitchen with dishwasher, air fryer and microwave, as well as a butler’s pantry, you’ll enjoy entertaining in this home. Walk through the pantry to the large fully-equipped laundry with side access.
The well-appointed kitchen feeds on to the dining area that includes a 6-seater dining suite, and the living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a TV with Google Chrome cast (as no aerial currently for free to air TV but will be added shortly). There is a second living room at the front of the house with beanbags, cosy chair and desk, perfect for getting away for some quiet time or for children to use a playroom.
Access the undercover entertaining area with an outdoor dining suite through glass sliding doors off the main living room. Crack open a beer and fire up the barbie while the kids enjoy the expansive artificially grassed area.
The 3 bedrooms are all tastefully appointed with a Queen in the master and a sleek new double shower ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms contain double beds and they all have built-in robes. The main bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, and there is a separate toilet.
There are security cameras front and back for your safety and side access for a boat trailer. While there is no access to the garage, 2 cars can fit easily in the driveway. Note also the 4th bedroom is locked for the owner’s storage.
This area is newly developed and while the landscaping is still in its infancy, there is a new shopping centre within walking distance that includes a large Coles supermarket, Liquorland, Chemist and petrol station.
The beach is an easy 800m walk and the Dawesville foreshore is just a short drive away with some lovely nature walks and the Peel Produce market on Saturdays. For water enthusiasts there’s so much to enjoy: from crab-fishing to boating, surfing to stand-up paddle boarding, there’s something for everyone.
The Cut Golf Course is just down the road and Tim’s Thicket Beach, famous for 4WD-ing, is just minutes away.
Local eateries abound, ranging from Thai and Fish’n’chips in Dawesville to cafes, bars and pubs at The Cut. Mandurah itself is well worth the short drive to experience all the eateries on offer at the Dolphin Quays and the foreshore.
