The quiet north-end location gives you walking access to world-famous Tigertail Beach and Big Marco Pass Critical Wildlife Area, a 31-acre nature preserve renowned for bird watching and its undeveloped, unspoiled beach. Sunset House is filled with people who have been vacationing here for many years. You’re always welcome to join one of our morning exercise classes—chair aerobics in the social room or water aerobics in the pool. Sunday evenings mean Bocce ball, and a friendly rivalry with the neighboring buildings has endured for many years.
