New HGTV Design, 2 Game Rooms + Pool, Pickleball | House in Pensacola Beach, FL

5 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Parking and Pool
This is the house your group will be talking about for years.
Sunpop Beach House sits four houses from the Gulf — a 90-second walk to one of the most private stretches of Pensacola Beach. While other houses make you choose between space and fun, Sunpop gives you both: 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and enough entertainment inside and out to fill a week without ever getting bored.
Two full game rooms, private pool, pickleball, mini-putt, and more. All wrapped in a fully renovated, designer interior.

THE SPACE
The House
Sunpop has been completely renovated from the inside out — new designer wallpaper throughout, custom neon lighting, freshly painted exterior, and a converted garage that's now one of the most epic game rooms on the island. This isn't a rental that "sleeps 18." It's a house built for 18, where nobody is sleeping in a closet and nobody is fighting over the bathroom.
5 bedrooms | 4 bathrooms | Sleeps 18
Every bedroom is outfitted with luxury linens. The bathrooms are clean, updated, and actually equipped for a large group. Parking for multiple vehicles directly on the property means no circling the block after a long day at the beach.
Game Room #1 — The Arcade
This full game room houses 3 arcade consoles, a poker table, and a shuffleboard table. Grab a spot on one of the bean bags and watch a movie on the 60" Smart TV. Whether your group is doing tournament nights or just killing time between beach sessions, this room earns its keep every single day of your stay. Expect arguments over who's up next.
Game Room #2 — The Rec Room
The second rec room means nobody has to wait.
Pool table. Foosball. Air hockey. Three games, zero downtime. This room runs constantly — morning, afternoon, and long after the kids are supposed to be asleep. If you've ever rented a house where one ping pong table had to serve 18 people, you'll understand immediately why having a second dedicated rec space changes everything.
The Backyard — Resort Mode, Private Setting
Pool
A full-size private pool, ready for laps, lounging, and chaos. A volleyball net strung across the pool turns any afternoon into a full-on family tournament. There's even a basketball hoop poolside for the ones who can't leave their game at the court.
Outdoor Loungers + Umbrellas
Proper loungers with umbrellas — not plastic lawn chairs. Set up around the pool so your crew can rotate between water and shade all day.
Detached Hot Tub
Separate from the pool, private, and perfect for after-beach decompression or late-night unwinding under the stars. The detached setup means the hot tub crowd and the pool crowd can coexist peacefully.
Fire Pit
As the sun goes down, the fire pit takes over. Ringed seating, open sky, the sound of the Gulf nearby. This is where the long conversations happen.
Outdoor Dining + Gas Grill
A full outdoor dining setup for the whole group. The grill is ready to go — bring your steaks, your shrimp, your family recipes. Pensacola Beach seafood hits different when you cook it yourself.
Hammock
One hammock. Many arguments about who gets it. No apologies.
Turf Putting Green
A real turf putting green — not a novelty, not an afterthought. Perfect for friendly competition, pre-round warm-ups, or just something to do while the grill heats up.
Sports Court — Pickleball + Basketball
A full sports court with dual purpose: pickleball and basketball. Bring your rackets or borrow from the property. Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in America for a reason — and once your group tries it, it'll be on the schedule every morning.
Yard Games
The backyard doesn't quit. Beyond the court and the pool, you've got:
Life-size Connect 4 — the crowd-pleaser every time
Kids' axe throwing game — surprisingly addictive for adults too
Giant Jenga — stack it until it falls
Volleyball net in the pool — because why not
Enough games that your group can split into four separate competitions simultaneously. Enough fun that you'll forget to check your phone.
Play Set
A dedicated play set for the little ones — so the kids have their own zone while the adults reclaim the pool. Parents, you're welcome.
The Kitchen
Fully stocked and ready for a group your size. Cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses — everything you need to cook real meals without a trip to Target on day one. The kitchen is large enough to have multiple cooks running at once, because with 18 people, someone always wants to help.
Bedrooms + Linens
Five bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged across the home to give different groups their own space. Luxury linens on every bed — the kind that make you linger a little longer in the morning. We've paid attention to this because we've stayed in houses that haven't, and it matters.
BEACH ACCESS
Sunpop is four houses from the Gulf — roughly a 90-second walk to the water. The beach access is private, uncrowded, and away from the main tourist drag. You're not navigating a parking lot to get to the sand. You walk out the door, take a few turns, and you're there.
Pensacola Beach is consistently rated among the whitest-sand, clearest-water beaches in the country. The Gulf is calm enough for kids. The sunsets are unreasonable.
WHY SUNPOP
There are a lot of houses in Pensacola Beach. Most of them are fine. A few of them are good.
Sunpop is the one people come back to.
It's not just about the amenities — though the two game rooms, the pool, the hot tub, the sports court, and the putting green cover that. It's about what happens when you put a large group of people in a space that was actually designed for them. The conversations get longer. The competitions get louder. The kids disappear into their own world. The adults remember what it's like to just be somewhere together.
