The Space:
As you enter through the front door you’ll immediately fall in love with the views from the main room and large outdoor patio just off the state of the art kitchen outfitted with everything you’ll need for an intimate dinner for 2 or a holiday feast for 14. The dining area of the main house has seating for 14 (when fully extended) with views that showcase why people visit Eden and never want to leave.
The great room is perfect for entertaining or relaxing with generous seating for eight to watch a movie inside by the fire or move outside for cards, jenga or watching the sunset over the mountains. You can access the laundry room in the hallway across from the pantry. You'll find storage for all your summer and winter sports gear in the garage and can hang coats or place shoes in the spacious mudroom off the garage.
There is a master bedroom on the main floor with a large walk-in closet, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a large shower. The bedroom also has access to the extended deck and adirondack chairs for morning coffee. The 2nd bedroom on the main floor has its own bathroom, closet and smart TV with views up the hill towards Powder Mountain.
As you walk downstairs past the Sleepy Bear, you will find four bedrooms, all with spacious closets and smart televisions and a large great room with ample gathering space for a movie night or a seating area for cards and cocktails. There are two rooms to the left adjoined by a shared bathroom which is accessible from the hallway or from the king bedroom which also has patio access. The second master bedroom is located in the basement with patio access to the hot tub and views of the valley. The bunkroom is enormous with four full beds, a large entertainment area, private bathroom and closet space.
We invite you to step onto the patio to relax and take in the expansive views of the valley. You will also find the hot tub with ample seating 8 or a perfect place for a couple to enjoy their morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
