The whole house is fully air conditioned with a Nest system, every bedroom has a on suite bathroom, and a Sonos wireless speaker system. An easy walk to shops, restaurants, the wharf and ferry. All new construction with the highest quality of appliances and peeks of Nantucket harbor from the third floor.
You enter the home on the first floor which has an open family room, dining area and half bath. The kitchen opens up to the family room and is right next to a set of french doors that leads to an outdoor patio. The outdoor patio has a table, separate seating area, and a new Weber gas grill. There is also one parking spot for you to use right at the house for your convenience.
