The house is located 100m from the stunning New Brighton Beach and Marshalls Creek which is gorgeous for swimming, SUP's & kayaks. It's also just 6min north of Brunswick Heads, 20mins north of Byron Bay and 35mins south of the Gold Coast airport.
The farmers markets, Thai restaurant, cafe & general store are just a 8-10min stroll away. Sushi restaurant, Coles, tavern, chemist & health food store are just a 3-4min drive away. Brunswick Heads river, beaches, pub, and array of restaurants, cafes & bars a 6-7min drive away.
New Brighton Beach House's location is just moments away from so much fun including boutique stores, local markets, vintage shops, endless beaches, hikes, waterfalls and not to mention the spectator restaurants with most serving local produce.
BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS
All of our Byron Bay houses have firm no party policies with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 6pm – 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
A $1,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
