Consisting of both the main house (Tu'nlii House) and the guest house (Pitchner Place), the property sits on 2.6 verdant acres along the scenic Oak Creek and nestled in the heart of Arizona’s renowned Verde Valley wine region. This tranquil haven offers more than just a place to stay—it promises a genuine connection with the natural beauty and cultural richness of Central Arizona.
The property consists of both the main house and attached guest house as part of your package. You have access to the entire 2.5 acres and Oak Creek flowing through the northern part of the property.

Cornville is a Sedona suburb with year-round temperate weather and a history steeped in Native American culture, architecture, and spiritualism. There are local wineries for the adults, and the Page Springs Hatchery is a fantastic retreat for the entire family. Cornville is the perfect picnic destination to avoid the crowds. This is a quiet neighborhood, so please mind your speed when driving and give a little wave to the neighbors!!
You can access the entire space within Oak Creek Retreat and its outdoor accommodations. You have six Bedrooms, five bathrooms, (two) full-size kitchens, (two) living rooms, (two) dedicated work-from-home areas, a workout/yoga area, a movie room, multiple outdoor decks, (two) cedar hot tubs that each accommodate four folks, (two) fire pit areas. Trails to the lower part of the property provide access to Oak Creek, a picnic area, hammocks, and 100+ year-old Cottonwood trees. We purposefully refrained from installing fences on the lower property to ensure free range and access for many animals inhabiting this environment. With that in mind, please respect our neighbors and watch out for the signs highlighting the property boundaries.

Oak Creek Retreat is meticulously designed to immerse you in luxury, Western elegance, and a profound bond with nature and the local heritage. Every piece of art and décor within the space has been carefully selected or uniquely created to enrich your understanding and appreciation of the area. Your mattresses are Brooklyn Bedding (AZ Local) memory foam and your sheets are sustainably manufactured from bamboo. You have (two) 4-person cedar hot tubs from Northern Lights to ensure an organic soaking experience with views of Oak Creek below and mountains in the distance. You have (two) different fire pit areas and numerous outdoor living space. Newly created trail systems provide easy walking access to the rest of the 2.5 acres where you will find picnic tables, hammocks, and chairs for lounging and relaxing in nature. Oak Creek flows through the northern portion of the property so take sometime to relax on the creek bank and see if you can catch a glimpse of our local River Otter family.

Additionally, our founder is a Marine Corps combat veteran and we also give back to Big Sky Bravery, an organization that provides post-deployment decompression programs for active duty Special Operations forces.
The retreat is located in a quiet farming neighborhood, so please be respectful of our neighbors and the local wildlife. The neighborhood is great for walking, running, and biking. Parking is onsite and in designated areas
