This townhome is also an easy 15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic.
This 2-story beach home is fully furnished with a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in 2nd bedroom, each equipped with their own private bathrooms with a tub/shower combination. Enjoy the open living space on the first floor with comfortable furnishings, dining table for 4, half bath, laundry room, and kitchen that is fully equipped to make meal preparation easy.
Enjoy your days on the beach and your evenings looking at the stars from Adirondack chairs in the private fenced yard. Both bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the backyard. This home also has a full-size washer/dryer, outdoor dining area, and bikes for exploring this quaint beachside neighborhood.
Easy and quick access to the beach allows for spur of the moment sunrise and sunset walks on the sand and a pleasant way to get to lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment choices without ever worrying about parking.
